Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets while expanding the distribution network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners to drive sales growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Lead, train, and motivate the regional sales team to meet individual and team targets effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns, optimize supply chain efficiency, and ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
Experience: 7 to 10 years
Location: Rajkot and Ahmedabad
Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent; MBA is preferred but not mandatory. - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the frozen food industry or a related field
- Strong knowledge of frozen food products, their features, and applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
