Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and expand market penetration. Identify potential customers and market segments, create effective sales plans, and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- New Business Acquisition and Account Management: Prospect new clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals) and conduct product presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction, while identifying opportunities to upsell additional products.
- Market Intelligence and Reporting: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Gather customer feedback and provide insights to marketing and product development teams. Maintain accurate sales records and generate performance reports to track progress.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales objectives. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior sales staff to enhance their performance and career development.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimize promotional campaigns, improve supply chain efficiency, and ensure alignment with company goals.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate or Equivalent ; MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the frozen food industry or a related sector.
- Strong knowledge of frozen food products, their features, and applications.
- You are sociable, have good English skills and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- You are self-organized, strong in setting priorities and take your own initiative.
