Masala Coated
We believe that Masala Coated French fries start with high-quality ingredients. That’s why we use only the best potatoes and vegetable oil in our recipe. Our potatoes are carefully sourced from dedicated farmers, and are blended with a flavorful mix of vegetables including peas, carrots, and sweet corn.
To give our Masala Coated fries their masala coated crunch, we coat them in a special batter made from wheat flour, corn starch, and a blend of herbs and spices. We then fry them in refined vegetable oil (Palmolein) until they are crispy and golden brown.
