Regional Sales Manager (South Zone)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets while expanding the distribution network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the regional sales team to meet individual and team targets effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns, optimize supply chain efficiency, and ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.

Experience: 7 to 10 years

Location: Rajkot and Ahmedabad

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate or equivalent; MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the frozen food industry or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of frozen food products, their features, and applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
