Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets while expanding the distribution network.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners to drive sales growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Lead, train, and motivate the regional sales team to meet individual and team targets effectively.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns, optimize supply chain efficiency, and ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate or equivalent; MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the frozen food industry or a related field
Strong knowledge of frozen food products, their features, and applications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
