Regional Channel Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand the regional distribution network to achieve sales targets while ensuring product availability across all channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key accounts, providing support and fostering long-term collaboration.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Implement and oversee regional marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive sales growth and brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and food safety regulations across all operations.

Experience: 8 to 12 years (with expertise in handling GMT and HORECA channels)

Location: Rajkot and Ahmedabad

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Equivalent ; MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in the frozen quick food industry is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of the food service business, including catering or food sector training and commercial/business acumen.
  • Proven experience in the catering industry, food service field sales, or wholesale (food sector).
  • Self-organized with strong prioritization skills and the ability to take initiative.
